Step 2 - Come prepared. The 2-hour hiring hackathon will put you through a series of hiring tasks and tests. You'll also undergo a personality evaluation to see if you're a good fit for one (or more) of Tai's brands. Be ready to give your best - this could change your life!

Step 3 - See if you qualify. Candidates whose assessment scores meet Tai's minimum criteria within the provided time period will be contacted in 24 hours or less from the conclusion of the Hackathon to discuss employment, independent consulting opportunities, or available work assignments.
